How long we keep information

We will retain personal data collected for only for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, such as managing bookings, processing payments, or complying with legal requirements. Your contact details for marketing purposes will be deleted once you opt out or after a period of inactivity of 24 months. Any data related to health and safety incidents may need to be retained longer to meet legal or insurance requirements.
